Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Miami Cartel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please take the time to read and understand our Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received them.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email customer service at support@miamicartel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the returned items.
- Please include the RA number on the package to ensure proper processing.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@miamicartel.com
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Items
- If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@miamicartel.com Include a description of the damages and photographs if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
